About this feedback training

Feedback is the most powerful tool a manager has, and the one most people use least. This course gives your managers a clear structure for both praise and correction, and the coaching questions that turn a one-off comment into real change. Expect lots of short practice rounds so the words feel natural by the end of the morning.

You will be able to

  • Explain what makes feedback land and what makes it bounce off
  • Use situation, behaviour and impact to keep feedback specific
  • Give praise that is specific enough to repeat
  • Correct a problem without damaging trust
  • Ask coaching questions that help people own the fix
  • Build a simple weekly feedback rhythm with your team

Questions

Is this only for managers?

It is written for people who lead or review others, but senior specialists get just as much from it.

Will we practise with each other?

Yes, in pairs and trios. Practice is short and supportive, and no one is put on the spot in front of the whole group.

Does it cover annual reviews?

It covers the conversations behind good reviews. We do not cover your organisation's review forms or ratings.

Can we book more than 16 people?

Use the contact form and we will set up a private session or split your group across dates.
